A small harvest of red leaf lettuce, curly lettuce, and spinach. Enough for a couple of dinners. We have lots more growing.

This looks wonderful! How many weeks ago did you plant this?
I just ate a few first radishes and spinach leaves from my garden – not enough for a salad yet, but getting there!
I have lost track of how long this took — maybe a couple of months. The lettuce seems like it is tiny forever, and then seemingly overnight it just booms. Especially now with the sunlight, rain, and mild weather.
